Long Jiang IP is the investment project of Tien Giang Investment Management Limited in Tien Giang province, with 105 million US dollars of total investment capital. Long Jiang IP covers 600ha of land , of which 540ha for industrial park and 60ha for residential – service area. The IP was officially commenced the infrastructure construction in May 2008, to the year of 2012 it will complete the construction items of industrial park and marketing activities.

Long Jiang IP is strongly supported by the two governments Vietnam-China. The Vietnam Prime Minister – Mr. Nguyen Tan Dung, on June 25, 2007, signed the official letter no. 801/TTg-CN approving the construction, location and land using area of Long Jiang IP. Also in this year, Long Jiang IP in response to the calls of the Ministry of Commerce of China attended and admitted to be “the economic trade cooperation park of China in oversea”

Long Jiang IP is located in Tan Phuoc district, Tien Giang province – the western south of Vietnam; alongside the Trung Luong highway; 50km to the center of hochiminh city, tan son nhat airport and international Saigon port; convenient transport condition and low transportation cost.

Long Jiang IP is planning to attract 03 main industries of light industry and garment, mechanical electronic, chemical and construction material. The IP will offer diverse types of provisions including land lease, standard factory building for lease and for sell... with flexible payment method. The IP also provides a wide range of service packages as free consultation service in applying for investment certificate, agent service in customs declaration, consultation in import export procedure and certificate of product origin, transportation agent, recommendation of construction and supervision company, dormitory and public utility management in the IP, assisting the enterprises control effectively expensive before investment, reduce preparation time and quickly run business.
